Tellzy-CH 80 Tablet

Composition:

• Telmisartan (80mg) + Chlorthalidone (diuretic).

Uses:

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Key Benefits:

• Dual-action: Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels; Chlorthalidone removes excess fluid via urine.

• Effective when single therapy fails to control blood pressure.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, back pain, diarrhea, low potassium, high uric acid, sinusitis.

• Expected effect: Frequent urination (due to chlorthalidone).
