We deliver prescription and non-prescription medicines to customers across India. However, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable due to courier limitations or legal restrictions. Customers will be informed at the time of placing the order if delivery to their location is not possible.
Medicines listed under Schedule H or H1 will only be delivered against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
Customers must upload a clear copy of their prescription while placing the order and present the original prescription at the time of delivery, if requested.
If a prescribed medicine is unavailable, we may provide an equivalent generic medicine of the same composition only with customer consent.
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
Express Delivery: In select cities and pin codes, we may offer same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery time slots will be shown at checkout.
Orders up to ₹200: Delivery charge ₹79
Orders between ₹201 – ₹599: Delivery charge ₹49
Orders between ₹600 – ₹1999: Delivery charge ₹29
Orders above ₹2000: Delivery charge ₹25
Free delivery may be available during special promotions or for premium members.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation and prescription verification (if applicable).
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including address, pincode, and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or failed delivery.
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, our courier partner will make up to three attempts within three days.
If delivery is still unsuccessful, the order may be canceled, and applicable delivery charges may be deducted from the refund.
If a product is unavailable or delivery is delayed beyond 48 hours (for local orders), customers may request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the delay or non-delivery is caused by our fault.
All medicines are sourced from licensed and verified suppliers.
Products are stored and handled under recommended temperature and hygiene conditions until delivery.
Customer prescription details and personal information are kept confidential and used only for order processing and legal compliance.
Our support team is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week, to assist with orders, prescription queries, or delivery concerns.
