• Orders between ₹500 and ₹1000: A reduced delivery charge of ₹10 will be applied.

• Orders above ₹1000: Free delivery will be provided.

2. Delivery Coverage Area

Currently, we deliver medicines within a 15 km radius from the center of Bhadohi (Bhadohi Nagar Palika). Customers residing within this range can place orders on our platform.

3. Delivery Timeline

We understand the importance of timely delivery when it comes to medicines. Therefore, we ensure that all orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 24 hours.

• Express Delivery: For urgent orders, we strive to deliver within 12-24 hours, subject to availability and location.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions.

4. In-House Delivery Team

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with your order details and an estimated delivery timeline. You can also contact our customer support team at any time to track your order status.

6. Delivery Hours

Note: Deliveries are not available on public holidays.

7. Contactless Delivery

8. Undelivered Orders

In rare cases where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or other reasons, our team will attempt to deliver the order two more times. If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to our facility, and a refund will be processed (if applicable).

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
