Akt 4 Kit

Purpose: Treatment of Tuberculosis (TB) (kills and stops growth of TB-causing bacteria).

Key Instructions:

• Dosage: Take on an empty stomach at fixed times.

• Completion: Finish the full course even if symptoms improve.

• Missed Dose: Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.

Common Side Effects:

• Nausea, vomiting, fever, dark urine, joint pain, skin rash, liver issues (hepatitis), tingling/numbness in limbs.

• Management: Hydrate well; consult doctor if severe.

Serious Side Effects (Rare):

• Allergic reactions (swelling, rash, breathing difficulty), vision problems, severe dizziness. Seek immediate help.

Precautions:

• Avoid: Alcohol (may cause severe reactions like chest pain, low BP).

• Tyramine-rich foods: Cheese, smoked fish, processed meats, certain beers (may interact).

• Driving: Unsafe if dizziness, numbness, or vision issues occur.

Special Groups:

• Pregnancy/Kidney/Liver Disease: Use only under strict medical supervision. Dose adjustments may be needed.

• Breastfeeding: Likely safe (limited risk).

Monitoring:

• Regular liver/kidney function tests and blood counts may be required.
