Combination medicine for dry cough
Uses:

Relieves dry cough (non-productive cough) caused by throat irritation, allergies, cold, or flu.

Reduces associated symptoms: sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes.
Key Ingredients:

Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) – Blocks brain’s cough reflex.

Chlorpheniramine (antihistamine) – Reduces allergic reactions.
Dosage:

Take as prescribed (usually 3–4 times daily).

Use measuring cup; shake well before use.

Can be taken with/without food, but at fixed times.

Sleepiness · Dizziness · Sedation

Avoid driving/operating machinery due to drowsiness.
