Ambrodil-LS Oral Drops

Composition:
Levosalbutamol (bronchodilator) + Ambroxol (mucolytic) + Guaifenesin (expectorant).

Uses:
Treatment of cough with mucus (productive cough). It helps:

• Loosen and thin mucus in the airways.

• Relieve associated symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

How it works:

• Levosalbutamol relaxes airway muscles, easing breathing.

• Ambroxol breaks down thick mucus, making it easier to expel.

• Guaifenesin reduces mucus stickiness, aiding its removal.

Dosage:

• Take as prescribed by the doctor (using the provided dropper).

• Can be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time.

Side Effects:

• Common: Dizziness, vomiting, taste changes, diarrhea, headache, rash.

• May cause drowsiness → Avoid driving or tasks needing mental alertness.

• Avoid alcohol (increases drowsiness).
