Combination Medicine for Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)

Key Benefits:

Active Ingredients:

Dosage & Administration:

• Take once daily, preferably in the morning (to avoid nighttime urination).

• Swallow whole with or without food.

Common Side Effects:

• Ankle swelling, dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea.

• Flushing, palpitations, low potassium, increased uric acid.

Safety Warnings:

Missed Dose?
