Amlopres Trio 80 Tablet

Combination: Telmisartan (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy is ineffective.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

• Reduces risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Avoid taking close to bedtime (increased urination).

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nausea.

• Peripheral edema (swelling), diarrhea, flu-like symptoms.

• Manage side effects: Stay hydrated, rise slowly to avoid dizziness.

Warnings:

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as remembered; skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.

Monitoring:

• Regular checks for BP, kidney function, electrolytes, and blood sugar.
