Type: Oral anticoagulant (blood thinner)

Uses

• Prevents/treats harmful blood clots in:

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) (legs)

  • Pulmonary embolism (PE) (lungs)

  • Stroke (brain)

  • Heart conditions (e.g., atrial fibrillation)

How It Works
