Asomex-TM Tablet

Combination: S-Amlodipine (Calcium Channel Blocker) + Telmisartan (Angiotensin Receptor Blocker).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Key Benefits:

• Relaxes blood vessels, improves heart efficiency.

• Reduces long-term risks of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time.

• Do not stop abruptly even if asymptomatic.

Common Side Effects:

• Nausea, dizziness, headache, ankle swelling, taste changes, flushing, palpitations.

• Monitor for low BP, high potassium, or kidney/liver changes.

Safety Advice:

• Avoid alcohol (risk of severe dizziness).

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
