Used For:

• Asthma & COPD symptoms (wheezing, breathlessness, chest tightness).

Key Points

✔ Quick relief: Use during symptoms or before activities triggering breathlessness.
✔ Not a preventer: Use alongside a daily “preventer” inhaler if prescribed.
✔ How to Use:

• Squeeze respule liquid into nebulizer; use immediately after opening.

• Follow doctor’s instructions for puffs during attacks.

Side Effects

Common (usually mild):

• Tremors, headache, palpitations, cough, respiratory infections.
  Rare (seek doctor): Chest pain, severe dizziness, very bad headache.

Safety Advice

• Avoid if: Uncontrolled heart disease, thyroid issues, high BP, or low potassium (inform doctor).
