Uses:

Treatment of chorea (involuntary movements) associated with Huntington’s disease.

Balances dopamine levels to improve movement control and daily function.
How It Works:

Depletes excess dopamine and other neurotransmitters (serotonin, norepinephrine) in the brain, reducing involuntary movements.
Dosage & Administration:

Take with or without food, but at the same time daily for consistent effects.

Do not chew/crush; swallow whole.

Do not stop suddenly (risk of symptom worsening).
Common Side Effects:

Nausea, insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, sleepiness.

Restlessness (akathisia), depression, dizziness.

Avoid driving/alertness tasks until effects are known.
Serious Warnings:

Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome (NMS): Stop immediately if fever, muscle rigidity, or seizures occur.
