Bisonext T 2.5mg/40mg Tablet
Combination: Bisoprolol (2.5mg, beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (40mg, ARB).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.
Key Instructions:

Take once daily at a fixed time, with or without food.

Do not stop abruptly (risk of worsened BP).

Avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements (risk of hyperkalemia).
