Bisonext T 2.5mg/40mg Tablet

Combination: Bisoprolol (2.5mg, beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (40mg, ARB).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.

Key Instructions:

• Take once daily at a fixed time, with or without food.

• Do not stop abruptly (risk of worsened BP).

• Avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements (risk of hyperkalemia).

• Monitor: BP, heart rate, electrolytes (especially potassium).

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, weakness.

• Cold extremities, slow heart rate.

• Low BP, numbness, high potassium.

Safety Warnings:

• Avoid alcohol (intensifies dizziness).

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe (risk to baby).

• Driving: Caution (dizziness may impair alertness).

• Kidney/Liver Disease: Use with dose adjustment (avoid in severe liver disease).

Missed Dose:

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
