Bisonext T 5mg/40mg Tablet

Combination: Bisoprolol (5mg, beta-blocker) + Telmisartan (40mg, ARB).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and improving heart efficiency.

Key Instructions:

• Take at the same time daily, with or without food.

• Do not stop abruptly (risk of worsening BP).

• Lifestyle tips: Exercise, healthy diet, weight management.

Common Side Effects:

• Headache, dizziness, weakness.

• Slow heart rate, cold/numb extremities.

• Low BP, high potassium (avoid potassium-rich foods/supplements).

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

• Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus).

• Breastfeeding: Likely unsafe (consult doctor).

• Driving: May cause dizziness (caution advised).

Missed Dose?
