Uses

• Treats epileptic seizures (partial-onset, myoclonic, tonic-clonic).

• Used alone or with other anti-seizure medications.

How It Works

• Binds to SV2A protein in nerve cells, stabilizing electrical activity in the brain to prevent seizures.

Dosage & Administration

• Take as prescribed, usually once/twice daily.

• Swallow whole (do not crush/chew). Can be taken with or without food.

• Dose adjustment may be needed for liver disease. Avoid in severe kidney disease.
