Brufen 600 Tablet

Active Ingredient: Ibuprofen (600mg)
Class: Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug (NSAID)

Uses

• Relieves mild to moderate pain (headache, toothache, menstrual cramps, arthritis, muscle aches).

• Reduces fever by blocking fever-causing chemicals.

Dosage & Administration

• Take with food to avoid stomach upset.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Side Effects (Usually mild)

• Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion.

• Dizziness, headache, rash.

• Rarely: Kidney/liver issues (with long-term use).

Precautions

• Avoid alcohol (increases stomach bleeding risk).

• Consult a doctor if:

  • Pregnant (especially 3rd trimester) or breastfeeding.

  • History of asthma, kidney/liver disease, or stomach ulcers.

  • Taking other medications (e.g., blood thinners).

• Not recommended for severe kidney/liver disease.

Missed Dose?

• Take ASAP if remembered, but skip if close to the next dose.
