Uses:

• Prevents angina (heart-related chest pain).

• May be used for heart failure (as prescribed).

How It Works:

• Reduces the heart’s oxygen demand by shifting metabolism from fats to glucose, improving efficiency.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, as directed.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Do not stop abruptly (may trigger angina).

Side Effects (Common):

• Dizziness, headache, weakness.

• Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea.

• Rash, itching, hives.

Safety Advice:

• Alcohol: Unsafe (causes drowsiness).
