Cetanil-Trio 6.25 Tablet

Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single-drug therapy is ineffective.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

• Reduces long-term risks of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take with food, at the same time daily.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (increased urination).

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:

• Ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, palpitations.

• Taste changes, upset stomach, low electrolytes (monitor potassium/sodium).

Precautions & Warnings:

• Avoid alcohol (risk of severe dizziness).

• Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus). Consult doctor if breastfeeding.

• Caution in liver/kidney disease (dose adjustment may be needed).

• Avoid driving (may cause drowsiness/dizziness).

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as remembered; skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.
