Uses:

• Prevents angina (chest pain), migraine, and stomach bleeding due to portal hypertension.

• Treats high blood pressure, arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), anxiety, tremors, and pheochromocytoma (adrenal tumor).

• Post-heart attack management and glaucoma (off-label use).
