Combination: Domperidone (Prokinetic) + Rabeprazole (PPI)
Used for:

• GERD (Acid Reflux): Reduces stomach acid, relieves heartburn, and promotes healing.

• Peptic Ulcers: Prevents further damage by decreasing acid production.

How it works:

• Domperidone: Enhances stomach/intestinal movement to ease digestion.

• Rabeprazole: Blocks acid production in the stomach.

Dosage:

• Take empty stomach as prescribed.

• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

Common Side Effects:

• Diarrhea, headache, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, weakness.

• May cause drowsiness—avoid driving/alcohol.
