Combination Medicine for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Key Uses:

• Controls blood sugar levels in adults with Type 2 diabetes (combined with diet/exercise).

• Reduces risk of diabetes complications (kidney damage, blindness, cardiovascular death).

Composition:

1. Dapagliflozin: Increases glucose excretion via urine.

2. Metformin: Reduces liver glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

3. Sitagliptin: Boosts insulin release and reduces liver glucose.

Dosage:
