Composition:
Donepezil + Memantine
Uses:
Treatment of moderate to severe Alzheimer’s disease—improves memory, thinking, and daily functioning by regulating chemical messengers in the brain.
Dosage:

Take once daily, with or without food (fixed time recommended).

Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Missed dose: Take ASAP; skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
Mechanism:
