Uses:

• Treats mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease (improves memory/thinking, but not a cure).

• May help with dementia in Parkinson’s disease.

How It Works:

• Increases acetylcholine (a brain chemical for nerve signaling) by inhibiting its breakdown.

Dosage:

• Take once daily at bedtime, with/without food.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:

• Nausea, diarrhea, insomnia, headache, weight loss.

• Fatigue, muscle cramps, cold symptoms, rash.
