Combination: Dutasteride + Tamsulosin
Used for: Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in men (not for prostate cancer prevention).
Key Benefits:

Shrinks prostate (Dutasteride) + relaxes bladder muscles (Tamsulosin).

Full effects may take up to 6 months.
Dosage:

Take once daily, same time (with/without food).

Do not miss doses even if symptoms improve.
Common Side Effects:

Impotence, decreased libido, ejaculation disorders.

Dizziness, drowsiness (avoid driving/alcohol).

Breast tenderness/enlargement (in men).
Warnings:

Avoid in: Women, children, severe liver disease.
