Generic Name: Phenytoin (Extended Release)
Uses:

Treatment & prevention of epilepsy/seizures.

Also used for mania, migraine, trigeminal neuralgia.
How It Works:

Controls seizures by reducing abnormal nerve activity in the brain.
Dosage:

Take as prescribed, usually once daily.

Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Dose may be gradually increased.
