Active Ingredient: Progesterone (natural female hormone)

Uses:

1. Female Infertility:

   • Regulates ovulation/menstruation, thickens uterine lining (endometrium) to support pregnancy.

2. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT):

   • Combined with estrogen to relieve menopause symptoms (hot flashes, vaginal dryness) and prevent endometrial hyperplasia.

Dosage:

• Take with food, at the same time daily.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Side Effects:

• Common: Headache, nausea, abdominal bloating, breast pain, vaginal spotting, hair loss, edema.

• Less common: Vaginal yeast infection, dizziness.

• Early side effects often subside with continued use.

Safety:

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Safe if prescribed.

• Alcohol/Smoking: Avoid (may reduce efficacy).

• Driving: May cause drowsiness/dizziness; avoid if affected.

• Kidney/Liver Disease: Consult doctor before use.

Missed Dose:
