Composition: Glycopyrrolate + Formoterol
Used for: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

How It Works

• Formoterol (bronchodilator): Relaxes airway muscles, widens airways.

• Glycopyrrolate (anticholinergic): Reduces mucus secretion in airways.
  Combined effect: Eases breathing in COPD.

• Dosage: Follow doctor’s instructions. Use regularly, even if asymptomatic.

• Onset: Effects start in days; full benefits may take weeks.

• Not for acute attacks: Use a “reliever inhaler” for sudden symptoms.

Common Side Effects

• Indigestion, sore throat, cough, headache, sinus/nasal inflammation, UTI.

• Rinse mouth after use to reduce throat irritation.

• Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

Precautions
