Combination: Glycopyrrolate + Formoterol + Budesonide
Use: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) – relieves coughing, breathlessness, and chest tightness.

Key Points:

• How it works:

  • Glycopyrrolate: Blocks acetylcholine (reduces airway spasms).

  • Formoterol: Relaxes airway muscles (bronchodilator).

  • Budesonide: Steroid that reduces inflammation.

• Dosage:

  • Use via Rotahaler (do not swallow).

  • Place capsule in rotahaler, twist mouthpiece, inhale deeply, hold breath for 10 sec.

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Dizziness, headache, vomiting, stuffy nose.

  • Usually mild; consult doctor if persistent.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid smoking (worsens COPD).

  • Inform doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding or taking other medicines.
