Key Points About Hatric 3 Suspension

Uses: Treats cold, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and respiratory symptoms like:

• Runny nose, cough, sneezing

• Watery eyes, sore throat, fever, body ache

How It Works:

• Paracetamol: Reduces pain/fever.

• Pseudoephedrine: Relieves nasal congestion.

• Chlorpheniramine: Eases allergies (sneezing, itching).

Dosage & Administration

• Give with or without food (use food if stomach upset occurs).

• Fixed timing helps maintain routine.

• If vomiting occurs within 30 minutes, repeat the dose.

• Never double dose if next dose is due.

• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

Common Side Effects
