Inderal 40 Tablet contains propranolol, a beta-blocker, and is prescribed for:

• Heart conditions: Angina (chest pain), arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat), high blood pressure (hypertension), heart attack prevention.

• Anxiety & tremors: Reduces symptoms like shaking and nervousness.

• Migraine prevention: Decreases frequency but does not treat active migraines.

• Pheochromocytoma: Controls high blood pressure during tumor removal surgery.
