Active Ingredient: Ivabradine
Uses:

• Treats angina (heart-related chest pain).

• Manages chronic heart failure (reduces hospitalization risk).

How It Works:

• Lowers heart rate, reducing the heart’s oxygen demand and improving efficiency.

Dosage:

• Take with food, at the same time daily.

• Do not stop suddenly (lifelong treatment likely).

• Missed dose? Skip it; never double dose.

Side Effects (Common):

• Slow heart rate, dizziness, blurred vision.

• Temporary visual brightness (“phosphenes”).

• High BP, atrial fibrillation, ECG changes.

• Serious (seek help): Fainting, severe heartbeat changes.

Who Should Avoid It?
