Used For:

Treatment of angina (heart-related chest pain)

Chronic heart failure (to reduce hospitalization risk)
How It Works:

Lowers heart rate, reducing the heart’s oxygen demand.

Improves heart efficiency, relieving chest pain and stabilizing heart failure.
Dosage & Administration:

Take with food, at the same time daily.

Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor (lifelong therapy may be needed).

Missed Dose? Skip it; never double the dose.
Common Side Effects:

Temporary brightness/light flashes in vision (phosphenes).

Slow heart rate, dizziness, blurred vision.

High blood pressure, atrial fibrillation, ECG changes.
Serious Side Effects (Seek Immediate Help):

Fainting, severe dizziness, irregular heartbeat.
Contraindications (Do Not Use If):

Severe liver disease or very low resting heart rate.
