Lotel Gel (Steroid Eye Gel)

Used for:

• Redness, swelling, itching, and pain in the eyes caused by infection/allergy.

Key Benefits:

• Blocks inflammatory chemicals (prostaglandins), relieving discomfort and improving daily functioning.

How to Use:

1. Wash hands before use. Shake the bottle.

2. Apply to lower eyelid without touching the eye with the tube.

3. Avoid contact lenses for 15 minutes after application.

4. Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:

• Temporary burning, irritation, watery eyes, or blurred vision.

• Avoid driving if vision is blurred.

Safety Warnings:

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Unsafe—consult a doctor. If breastfeeding, apply pressure to the eye corner and wipe excess to minimize exposure.

• Driving: Unsafe until vision clears after application.

• Missed Dose: Use ASAP; skip if close to the next dose.
