What is Maxtra P Syrup?
A medicine used to treat cold, cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, fever, and body aches caused by:

Common cold

Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Other respiratory infections
How to Give?

With or without food (give with food if stomach upset occurs).

Use a measuring cup, shake well before use.

Give at the same time daily for better routine.

If your child vomits within 30 minutes, repeat the dose.
How Long to Take?

Starts working in minutes, lasts hours.
-
Continue full course even if symptoms improve.

Do not stop abruptly.
Side Effects (Usually Mild & Temporary)

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
-
Dizziness, headache, rash
-
Restlessness, insomnia, fast heartbeat
-
Rare: Tremors, hallucinations, weakness
Consult a doctor if side effects persist.
Precautions

Missed Dose?

Give as soon as remembered.

Skip if close to next dose.

Never double dose.
How It Works
Contains 4 medicines:

Chlorpheniramine – Relieves allergies (runny nose, sneezing).

Phenylephrine – Reduces nasal congestion.

Paracetamol – Lowers fever & pain.

Sodium Citrate – Loosens mucus for easier coughing.
