Metpure-Tel 40 Tablet MR
Composition: Telmisartan (40mg) + Metoprolol Succinate (MR)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to prevent heart attack/stroke.
Key Points:

Dosage: Take once daily with food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.

Do NOT stop abruptly even if you feel well.

Works by: Relaxing blood vessels (Telmisartan) + Slowing heart rate (Metoprolol).
Side Effects:

Common: Dizziness, headache, weakness, low BP, nausea, fatigue.

Serious (rare): High potassium, severe dizziness, slow heartbeat, liver/kidney issues.

Take ASAP if remembered soon. Skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
