Montair LC Kid Syrup

For: Children
Uses:

• Allergy symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, skin rashes)

• Asthma prevention (evening dose recommended)

• Hay fever (allergic rhinitis)

Key Ingredients:

• Levocetirizine (antihistamine) – Blocks histamine (allergy chemical).

• Montelukast (leukotriene blocker) – Reduces airway inflammation.

Dosage & Administration:

• Give at a fixed time, with/without food.

• Asthma: Evening dose or 2 hours before physical activity.

• Allergies: Morning or evening (match symptom timing).

• If vomited within 30 mins, repeat dose; skip if close to next dose.

• Complete the course even if symptoms improve.

Side Effects (Usually Mild & Temporary):

• Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, rash.

• Report persistent side effects to the doctor.

Safety Advice:

• Kidney Disease: Use with caution; avoid in severe cases.

• Liver Disease: Generally safe; consult if severe.

• Medical History: Inform the doctor of any heart, lung, or blood disorders.

Missed Dose?

• Give when remembered; skip if near the next dose. Never double dose.
