Uses:

Allergy symptoms (runny nose, sneezing, itchy/watery eyes, skin rashes)

Asthma prevention (evening dose recommended)

Hay fever (allergic rhinitis)
Key Ingredients:

Levocetirizine (antihistamine) – Blocks histamine (allergy chemical).

Montelukast (leukotriene blocker) – Reduces airway inflammation.
Dosage & Administration:

Give at a fixed time, with/without food.

Asthma: Evening dose or 2 hours before physical activity.

Allergies: Morning or evening (match symptom timing).

If vomited within 30 mins, repeat dose; skip if close to next dose.

Complete the course even if symptoms improve.
Side Effects (Usually Mild & Temporary):

Vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth, rash.

Report persistent side effects to the doctor.

Missed Dose?
