Newtel-H 40 Tablet
Composition: Telmisartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single therapy fails. Reduces heart attack/stroke risk.

Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time. Avoid bedtime doses (causes frequent urination).

Side Effects: Dizziness, fatigue, nausea, low magnesium. Frequent urination is expected (not a side effect).
