Combination: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce heart attack/stroke risk.

Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.
