Olkem 20 AM Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce heart attack/stroke risk.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time. Do not crush/chew.

• Benefits: Relaxes blood vessels, improves blood flow, and protects long-term heart/kidney health.

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Swelling (ankles/feet), dizziness, headache, fatigue, upset stomach, taste changes.

  • Serious (rare): Severe low BP, kidney/liver issues, high uric acid/triglycerides.
