Olkem 20H Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at the same time daily. Avoid near bedtime (causes frequent urination).

• Benefits: Lowers BP, reducing risks of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Dizziness, weakness, headache, swelling, fatigue.

  • Rare: Eye pressure increase (risk of glaucoma), elevated uric acid/liver enzymes.
