Combination: Olmesartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.
Key Points:

Dosage: Take as prescribed, with/without food, at the same time daily. Avoid near bedtime (causes frequent urination).
