Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Cilnidipine (CCB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic).
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) when single therapy isn’t sufficient.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

• Reduces long-term risks of stroke, heart attack, and kidney damage.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take with food, at the same time daily.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (due to diuretic effect).

Common Side Effects:

• Ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, fatigue, palpitations.

• Taste changes, upset stomach, increased uric acid/glucose.

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (causes drowsiness/dizziness).

• Unsafe in pregnancy; consult doctor if breastfeeding.

• Monitor: Blood pressure, kidney function, electrolytes, blood sugar.

• Caution in severe kidney/liver disease (dose adjustment needed).

If Missed Dose:

• Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Do not double dose.
