Olmax-3D 20 Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy fails. Lowers BP, reducing heart attack/stroke risk.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food, at a fixed time. Avoid near bedtime (increased urination).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling, fatigue, nausea, UTI, low BP, electrolyte imbalance.

  • Serious: Kidney/liver issues, high uric acid/creatinine. Monitor regularly.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

  • Contraindicated in pregnancy (risk to fetus) and caution in breastfeeding.

  • Kidney/Liver Disease: Dose adjustment needed; avoid in severe kidney impairment.

  • Driving: May cause dizziness—avoid if affected.

Missed Dose?

Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
