Olmax-3D 40 Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic).
Use: Treats hypertension when single-drug therapy fails. Lowers BP, reducing heart attack/stroke risk.

Key Points:

• Dosage: Take once daily, with/without food. Avoid bedtime doses (increased urination).

• Side Effects:

  • Common: Dizziness, headache, ankle swelling, fatigue, nausea, UTI, electrolyte imbalance.

  • Serious: Low BP, kidney dysfunction, high uric acid/creatinine.

• Precautions:

  • Avoid alcohol (unsafe interaction).

  • Contraindicated in pregnancy (fetal risk) and caution in breastfeeding.
