Active Ingredient: Alendronate (Bisphosphonate class)

Uses:

1. Osteoporosis (post-menopausal or steroid-induced).

2. Paget’s disease (abnormal bone remodeling).

Dosage & Administration:

• How to take: Swallow whole on an empty stomach (preferably morning), with plain water. Stay upright for 30 mins after.

Side Effects (Common):

• Headache, heartburn, diarrhea, musculoskeletal pain.
