Combination: Hormonal contraceptive (Levonorgestrel + Ethinyl Estradiol).
Uses:

Contraception (prevents pregnancy by inhibiting ovulation and sperm movement).

Regulates irregular menstrual cycles.

May lower ovarian cancer risk.
Dosage & Administration:

Start on Day 1 of menstruation; take 1 tablet daily at the same time.

Continue for 21 days, then start a new pack after a 7-day break (or as prescribed).

If vomited within 4 hours, take another pill.

Missed dose:

<12 hours late: Take immediately.

12 hours late: Use backup contraception (e.g., condoms) for 2 days.

Common: Nausea, headache, breast pain, weight gain, irregular bleeding.

Serious (rare): Blood clots (watch for chest pain, leg swelling, vision changes).
