Pentanerv-NT Tablet

Combination: Gabapentin + Nortriptyline
Use: Treatment of neuropathic pain (nerve damage due to diabetes, shingles, spinal injury).

Key Benefits:

• Reduces chronic nerve pain, mood changes, and sleep disturbances.

• Blocks pain signals in damaged nerves and the brain.

Dosage:

• Take orally, with/without food, preferably at night.

• Do not crush/chew.

• Fixed timing ensures consistent blood levels.

Side Effects:

• Common: Dizziness, sleepiness, dry mouth, constipation, weight gain, blurred vision, difficulty urinating.

• Serious (rare): Mood changes (suicidal thoughts), liver issues (jaundice), low white blood cells.

Warnings:
