Pinom A 20 Tablet

Composition:

• Contains Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) + Amlodipine (CCB).

• Works by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and reducing blood pressure.

Uses:

• Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to prevent heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Do not stop without consulting your doctor, even if you feel well.

Side Effects:

• Common: Swelling (ankles/feet), dizziness, headache, fatigue, taste changes, upset stomach.

• Serious (rare): Palpitations, liver/kidney issues, severe allergic reactions.

Precautions:

• Avoid alcohol (increases dizziness/risk).

• Unsafe in pregnancy (risk to fetus) and breastfeeding (may pass into milk).

• Caution in kidney/liver disease (dose adjustment needed).

• Avoid driving if drowsy/dizzy.

If You Miss a Dose:
