Combination: Olmesartan (ARB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce risks of heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.

Dosage:

Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.
