Pinom CT 20 Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan (ARB) + Chlorthalidone (Diuretic)
Use: Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to reduce risks of heart attack, stroke, or kidney damage.

Key Benefits:

• Controls blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels (Olmesartan) and removing excess fluid (Chlorthalidone).

• More effective than single-drug therapy for some patients.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly even if you feel well.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, headache, weakness.

• Nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach.

• Electrolyte imbalance, low blood pressure.

• Frequent urination (expected effect of diuretic).

Warnings:

• Avoid alcohol (lowers BP further, increases dizziness).

Missed Dose:
