Pinom-H 20 Tablet

Combination: Olmesartan (ARB) + Hydrochlorothiazide (Diuretic)
Use: Treats hypertension (high blood pressure) by relaxing blood vessels and removing excess fluid.

Key Benefits:

• Lowers blood pressure, reducing risks of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

• Works when single drugs are ineffective.

Dosage:

• Take once daily, with or without food, at a fixed time.

• Avoid taking within 4 hours of bedtime (to prevent frequent urination at night).

• Do not stop abruptly without consulting your doctor.

Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness, weakness, headache, tiredness.

• Swelling (edema), increased uric acid/triglycerides, abdominal/back pain.

• Not a side effect: Frequent urination (expected due to diuretic).

Serious Warnings:

• Pregnancy: Unsafe (risk to fetus).

• Alcohol: Avoid (lowers BP further, increases dizziness).

• Driving: May cause drowsiness/dizziness.

Missed Dose:

• Take ASAP if remembered, but skip if close to the next dose. Never double dose.
