Combination Medicine for Type 2 Diabetes
Uses:

Controls blood sugar in adults with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (with diet/exercise).

Improves insulin sensitivity and reduces glucose production.
Dosage:

Take once daily with food (as prescribed).

Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

Missed dose? Take ASAP, but skip if near next dose. Never double dose.
Side Effects:

Common: Nausea, diarrhea, swelling (edema), headache, hypoglycemia.

Serious (rare): Lactic acidosis (symptoms: muscle pain, trouble breathing). Seek help if severe.
