Composition: Glimepiride + Metformin + Pioglitazone
Use: Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (combined with diet & exercise).
How It Works:

Glimepiride: Stimulates insulin release from the pancreas.

Metformin: Reduces liver glucose production, improves insulin sensitivity.

Dosage:

Take with food to avoid stomach upset.

Do not crush/chew (Swallow whole).

Missed dose? Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose. Never double dose.
