Use: Treatment of schizophrenia (restores chemical balance in the brain to improve thoughts, behavior, and quality of life).

Key Components:

1. Risperidone (atypical antipsychotic) – Balances dopamine/serotonin.

2. Trihexyphenidyl (anticholinergic) – Manages side effects like tremors caused by antipsychotics.

Dosage:

• Take once daily at night, with/without food.

• Swallow whole; do not crush/chew.

• Missed dose? Take ASAP, but skip if close to next dose.
